Return Policy

**ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED, MODIFIED, OR CANCELLED AFTER CHECKOUT - Please follow the return policy for items that need to be returned**

Simple Satisfaction -

Coastal Loft is here to make you happy and if you are not pleased with your purchase we will do everything we can to try and make it better.

We ask that you look over your order as soon as you receive it and make sure everything is to your satisfaction. If you received a damaged item, we ask that you notify us within 3 days of delivery.


All returns must be made within 14 days of the date your order was received.

All SALE items are ineligible for return, store credit or exchange. This includes but is not limited to:

  • seasonal sale items, final sale items, clearance items
  • jewelry
  • hats
  • hair accessories

Any final sale items sent back will be marked return to sender and will be subject to additional shipping costs.

Please keep in mind, due to our limited quantities, we cannot guarantee an exchange. Once your return is received in the warehouse, we will process and ship your size exchange for free! We ask that you please indicate the size exchange you would like on your original invoice and include it in the package when you send it back to us. **Please note: your size is not held until exchange process is complete. If the size you requested is unavailable, you will receive a store credit for the amount of the purchase sent to the email provided at checkout.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed; free of any marks, makeup or alterations; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

Please email prior to shipping your item for return; your item WILL NOT be accepted if you do not send an email.

  • Please include your invoice or email you sent above with your return item.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns.
  • We recommend a shipping method that provides a tracking number. This will also allow you to know when your return has made it to us. We do not notify when returns are received in our warehouse.
  • Coastal Loft boutique is not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail.
  • Once the item is received, your refund, store credit or exchange can take up to 7-12 business days.
